Mondo Fondant Extruder & 20 Discs

An easy-to-use fondant or gumpaste extruder with a set of 20 assorted pattern discs.

This extruder tool is a vibrant green colour, measuring approximately 16.5cm long with a 2cm diameter aperture. It is used with soft pastes like fondant, marzipan, gumpastes and even soft doughs, forcing it through a patterned plate to produce a desired shape. You can create stunning fondant ropes or plaits, grass or hair textures, basket weaves and more to decorate cakes and cookies.
