Over The Top Isomalt Crystals (400g)

Over The Top's isomalt crystals are a reduced-calorie sweetener that can be substituted for sugar in making hard candy. They can be coloured with gel food colouring but otherwise will harden to a clear finish.

The product's high resistance to humidity means it will not crystallize, making it perfect for making pulled or blown sugar creations and edible gems.
